Have you tried making sweet pongal? If you like rice puddings and risottos, you'll probably like pongal. I use maple syrup instead of jaggery, which is completely incorrect, but yummy.</description>

					<description>Now I'm sitting at my desk, and am starving! Although the only thing that puts me off rice pudding is the skin that forms on it, so you have to eat this stuff really quickly...such a shame!
