    Hi,

Just found your site while preparing for a trip to Paris. The Peyrepteuse posts caught my attention and then I was lost. Have been reading for an hour. You are a terrific writer and cook…two skills near and dear to my heart as well. Just wanted to acknowledge your work and joy and passion. Thanks!

    Amy,

Thanks so much for your comment and for your kind words! I’m glad that you’re enjoying what you’re reading, and thank you so much for letting me know. You don’t understand how nice it is to know that there’s actually a person out there listening to me ramble!

    Hi

I was searching for the recipe for the tarta de queso from La Vina. My partner and I were there last August but didn’t know there was a DVD.

By any chance do you have the recipe for this dessert? Or know where I can get a copy of the DVD (I am back in Australia know). It simply blew our minds to the point we took our friends back there the next day.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Con

I love the Kumato tomatoes, the only place I found them was in Sam club stores during the summer but they have stopped selling them. Do you know of anywhere else in North West AR they can be found?

    Hello
I just read the article on bit.ly/1O6eNlR
I must have done an interview with you at some point but I definitely didn’t say anything about the number of orphanages in Cambodia? I am sure I must have said the other things but I am positive I didn’t say this as I don’t know this fact “According to Rachel, a demand for orphanages in Cambodia is increasing their presence near touristic sights like Siem Reap, the town of Angkor Wat, where there are over 35 orphanages today for the population 100,000 town.”

    Perhaps you could amend this?
    Thank you
